Allie Beth Allman & Associates, a Dallas-based Berkshire Hathaway Co., known as the premier firm for luxury custom home and estate sales, is opening an office to serve residential real estate needs of people in the Southlake area.
The spacious office is being custom constructed at the highly-anticipated Granite Place, 550 Reserve St., Suite 320, adjacent to the Southlake Town Square and across from City Hall.
In a move that brings “leaders together with leaders,” the Dona Robinson Group and the Wynne Moore Group will staff the office, which will serve the communities of Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Trophy Club and Westlake.
The Allman firm ranks number one in Dallas County in luxury home sales in a range of prices and maintains a substantial lead over other firms in the sale and listing of estates valued at $2M, $3M and $5 million or more, according to MLS data.
“We are excited that Wynne and Dona are joining our agent family,” said Allie Beth Allman, founder and CEO of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. “As Dallas' luxury leader, Allie Beth Allman & Associates will operate a small boutique firm, anchored by two teams of top producers who provide personalized, specialized sales and marketing for each property.”
Robinson was part of the Allman family for 11 years and has remained a close colleague. “We are very pleased she is rejoining us,” Allman said. “Dona and Wynne and their teams provide the highest quality service for their clients. Their strong leadership will be major assets to our new office.”
Robinson, who brings more than 20 years of real estate and marketing experience to her clients, has handled more than $150 million in transactions in Dallas and Tarrant County. Her partners, Susan Mathews, Gabriella Miller and Jennifer Spielvogel, will be accompanying Robinson. Robinson also owns an ad agency with her husband, which allows her to provide the group’s clients with powerful marketing materials. The combined team’s background of asset management, interior design and mortgage lending allows them to be a rich resource for their clients.
“We are excited to be returning to the Allman firm,” Robinson said. “Allie Beth is amazing. She inspires me by her work ethic, her sense of joy and how she combines incredible results with long-term relationships.”
Moore agreed. “Allie Beth Allman has such a great track record; she is active in the market. She is so involved, so enthusiastic, so supportive and has the entrepreneurial spirit.”

Moore is looking forward to having more time to spend with her clients. “My job is not done until my buyer or seller gets exactly what they want,” she said.
Moore spent nearly a decade working with the largest custom home developer in Northeast Tarrant County. She has extensive knowledge of materials, structure, architecture, style and amenities, which gives her and her team a clear advantage in the marketplace.
The Wynne Moore Group, which includes Perry Moore, Tonia Beard and John Martini, has handled the sale of more than $200 million in properties in recent years.
“With the Allman team of entrepreneurs, we have more freedom to manage the listing the way the clients want it to be,” Moore said. “There is less bureaucracy and more local control, so I can develop a very specialized strategy for each client.”
Allie Beth Allman & Associates was founded in 2003, a new entity for the residential real estate firm founded by Allie Beth Allman in 1985. Allie Beth Allman & Associates has two other offices, one in central Dallas and one in Lakewood. More than 350 Allman agents serve the Dallas metro area. Regarded as the luxury leader, the majority of the firm's exclusive listings are in established neighborhoods - Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Turtle Creek, Uptown, Lakewood - but the company's activity reflects the DFW area.
Known for its high-profile clientele, the Dallas-based company is affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, spanning six continents. Allie Beth Allman & Associates was acquired two years ago by the Berkshire Hathaway real estate company, Home Services of America, the largest residential brokerage in the nation.
Allman said, “Our two brands create a synergy of strength. Warren Buffett has the vision, integrity and ethics that are the same principles guiding my company since the beginning.”
